- <strong>CVAC Circumferential Road – Engineering Design:</strong> Recommendation to authorize the City Administrator to approve an Engineering Design Contract with Stock and Associates in an amount not to exceed $95,000. Once design of the CVAC circumferential road is complete, the project will be publicly bid and a construction contract will be submitted to City Council at a later date. (Roll Call Vote) Department of Public Works recommends approval.
- Proposed Bill No. 3542 - P.Z. 02-2025 Gumbo Flats (17955, 17965, 17985, and 17995 N. Outer 40 Rd.): An ordinance repealing City of Chesterfield Ordinance Number 3229 for a “PC” Planned Commercial District and creating a new “PC” Planned Commercial District for a 77.8-acre tract of land located on the north side of Outer 40 Road [P.Z. 02-2025 Gumbo Flats (17955, 17965, 17985, and 17995 N. Outer 40 Road) 17W640035, 16W320011, 16W330021, and 16W320022]. (First Reading) Planning Commission recommends approval. Planning & Public Works Committee recommends approval. <br id="isPasted"><strong>Green Sheet Amendment recommended by the Planning and Public Works Committee.
