1. <strong>Renewal of Governmental Relations Services Agreement</strong> - The City’s annual agreement for Governmental Relations Services with Gamble & Schlemeier, LTD term expires in August. This agreement provides for general representation, monitoring, and advocacy of legislation for the City of Chesterfield. The agreement is proposed to be renewed at the current level of services, at $40,000 per annum, billed monthly, concurrent with the expiration of the current agreement. (Roll Call Vote)
2. <strong>Bill No. 3553</strong> - An ordinance of the City of Chesterfield, Missouri authorizing the City Administrator to execute a real estate purchase and sale agreement for properties located at 16150, 16290, and 16301 Main Circle Drive. (Second Reading)
3. <strong>Financial Services Agreement 2025 Amendment -</strong> Proposed amendment to the existing 2020 agreement with the City's financial advisor, Piper Sandler, providing for professional services associated with lease purchase financing for acquisition of real estate at 16150, 16290, and 16301 Main Circle Drive. (Roll Call Vote)
4. <strong id="isPasted">2025 Sidewalk Projects – Request for Change Order: </strong>Recommendation to authorize the City Administrator to execute a Change Order with M&H Concrete in an amount not to exceed $259,972. All work will be completed using existing budgeted funding within the Capital Projects Fund. (Roll Call Vote) Department of Public Works recommends approval.
