1. <strong id="isPasted">Solid Waste Contract Extension: </strong>Recommendation to authorize the City Administrator to execute a contract extension to the Municipal Material Management Agreement with Republic Services for the period August 1, 2026 through July 31, 2031. The rates contained therein were negotiated by the Director of Public Works. <strong>(Roll Call Vote) Planning and Public Works Committee recommended approval of negotiating a contract extension with a 4-0 vote at its August 7, 2025 meeting.
2. <strong>Bill No. 3571 – Amendment to the Chesterfield Regional TIF Redevelopment Plan & Project:</strong> An ordinance of the City of Chesterfield, Missouri, approving an amendment to the “Chesterfield Regional Tax Increment Financing Redevelopment Plan & Project” pursuant to the Real Property Tax Increment Allocation Redevelopment Act; authorizing certain actions by City officials and officers in connection therewith; and containing a severability clause. (Second Reading) TIF Commission recommends approval.
