- <strong data-pasted="true">Bill No. 3591 – P.Z. 02-2026 14319 Olive Blvd (Old House at Hog Hollow): </strong>An ordinance repealing City of Chesterfield Ordinance Number 819 and City of Chesterfield Ordinance 1960 in order to amend the regulations for an “NU” Non-Urban District with a Landmark and Preservation Area (LPA) and Historic District (H) Overlay for a 2-acre tract of land located north of Olive Boulevard and east of Spyglass Summit Drive [P.Z. 02-2026 14319 Olive Blvd (Old House at Hog Hollow)]. (Second Reading) Planning Commission recommended approval of the expansion of operating hours for dining and retail to 7:00 p.m. with the exception that no outdoor activity, music, or sound shall be permitted with a failed 4-2 vote due to lack of majority. Planning & Public Works Committee recommended maintaining the existing regulations on the hours of operation and the limitations on outdoor use with a 3-1 vote.
- Bill No. 3592 – P.Z. 03-2026 Residential Lots: An ordinance of the City of Chesterfield amending Sections 405.02.040, 405.03.030, 405.03.040, and 405.03.050 of the municipal code pertaining to development review and appeals procedure and zoning district and use requirements. (First Reading) Planning Commission recommends approval with the condition that staff will coordinate with legal counsel to develop appropriate expiration language for the new special procedure with a 6-0 vote. Planning & Public Works Committee recommends approval, as amended, passed with a 4-0 vote. Green Sheet Amendment recommended by the Planning & Public Works Committee.
