- Bill No. 3592 – P.Z. 03-2026 Residential Lots: An ordinance of the City of Chesterfield amending Sections 405.02.040, 405.03.030, 405.03.040, and 405.03.050 of the municipal code pertaining to development review and appeals procedures, and zoning district and use requirements. (Second Reading) Planning Commission recommends approval with the condition that staff will coordinate with legal counsel to develop appropriate expiration language for the new special procedure with a 6-0 vote. Planning & Public Works Committee recommends approval, as amended, passed with a 4-0 vote. Green Sheet Amendment recommended by the Planning & Public Works Committee.
- <strong>Bill No. 3598 </strong>- An ordinance of the City of Chesterfield, Missouri imposing a use tax pursuant to section 144.757 RSMo for purposes of paying general obligation bonds for the purpose of reconstructing, renovating, improving, furnishing, and equipping the city’s Aquatic Center and, if the city has no such general obligation bond debt, for purposes of public safety and providing for submission of the proposal to the qualified voters of the city on Tuesday, November 3, 2026. (First Reading)
