  4. <strong>Proposed Resolution No. ­­­523 – Downtown Chesterfield Special Business District Advisory Board: </strong>A resolution of the City Council of the City of Chesterfield, Missouri to reappoint the City of Chesterfield Finance Director and Director of Planning as advisory board members of the Downtown Chesterfield Special Business District. (Voice Vote) Planning & Public Works Committee recommends approval with a 4-0 vote.
  5. <strong><strong>Proposed Resolution No. 524 – Wildhorse Village Special Business District Advisory Board: </strong></strong>A resolution of the City Council of the City of Chesterfield, Missouri to reappoint the City of Chesterfield Chief of Police, Finance Director, Director of Planning, and Director of Public Works and to appoint a Wildhorse Village, LP Designee as Advisory Board members of the Wildhorse Village Special Business District. (Voice Vote) Planning & Public Works Committee recommends approval with a 4-0 vote.
  6. <strong>Proposed Resolution No. 525</strong> - A Resolution of the City of Chesterfield, Missouri expressing the intent of the City Council to reverse a portion of the prior voluntary reductions of property taxes applied to the Wildhorse Village Special Business District. (Voice Vote)

  10. <strong>Proposed Resolution No. 522</strong> - A Resolution authorizing the City of Chesterfield to apply for a Municipal Park Grant in Round 2026 for reconstruction of Miracle Field's subsurface and playing surface at the Chesterfield Valley Athletic Complex. <strong>(Voice Vote) Department of Parks Recreation and Arts recommends approval.
  11. <strong>POWER OF REVIEW – Hilltown Village Lot 2 (Good Clean Dog) Lighting Package:</strong> Architectural Specialty Lighting Package for an existing structure located on a 2.56-acre tract of land at the intersection of Hilltown Village Center and Olive Boulevard. (Voice Vote) Planning Commission recommends approval with an 8-0 vote. Planning & Public Works Committee recommends approval with a 4-0 vote.
  12. <strong>POWER OF REVIEW – Hilltown Village Lot 2 (Good Clean Dog) Amended Site Development Plan:</strong> An Amended Site Development Section Plan, Landscape Plan, Lighting Plan, and Amended Architectural Elevations for part of a 2.56-acre tract of land located at the intersection of Hilltown Village Center and Olive Boulevard. <strong>(Voice Vote) Planning Commission recommends approval with the condition that the proposed white vinyl fence be extended along the parking area to mitigate the impact of the drive aisle and parking area on the residential subdivision to the north, with an 8-0 vote. Planning & Public Works Committee recommends approval with a 4-0 vote.
  13. <strong><strong>Bill No. 3599 – Elbridge Payne Road: </strong></strong>An ordinance changing the name of one road located in the City of Chesterfield from “Elbridge Payne Road” to “Mercy Way”. (First Reading) Planning & Public Works Committee recommends approval with a 4-0 vote.
  14. <strong>Bill No. 3602 - Wildhorse Village & Downtown Chesterfield Special Business Districts – 2026 Tax Rate:</strong> An ordinance levying and establishing the rate of annual taxes for special business districts to be collected by the City of Chesterfield, Missouri, for the year 2026. (First Reading)
