  3. <strong>Emergency Purchase - CVAC Pump House A Emergency Repair</strong> - Authorize the City Administrator to make an emergency purchase and transfer $18,641.00 from the Parks Fund, Fund Reserve to account 119-084-5247 to fund the purchase and installation of new pump on the west end of the Chesterfield Valley Athletic Complex, Pump House "A". (Roll Call Vote)

  8. <strong>Bill No. 3599 – Elbridge Payne Road: </strong>An ordinance changing the name of one road located in the City of Chesterfield from “Elbridge Payne Road” to “Mercy Way”. (Second Reading) Planning & Public Works Committee recommends approval with a 4-0 vote.
