2. <strong>CLOSED SESSION</strong>: ACCORDING TO SECTION 610.021 (2), THE AGENDA INCLUDES THE POSSIBILITY OF A VOTE TO CLOSE PART OF THE MEETING TO DISCUSS LEASING, PURCHASE OR SALE OF REAL ESTATE BY A PUBLIC GOVERNMENTAL BODY WHERE PUBLIC KNOWLEDGE OF THE TRANSACTION MIGHT ADVERSELY AFFECT THE LEGAL CONSIDERATION THEREFOR.
