3. C.B. 25-30 -- An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with the Boots Court Foundation/Carthage Visitors Center for $36,000.00 annually beginning July 1, 2025, for Tourism and Marketing Services, in the City of Carthage, Missouri.
4. C.B. 25-39 -- An Emergency Ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with the Missouri Department of Economic Development for acceptance of a Community Revitalization Grant for the Downtown Sidewalk Extension Project, in the City of Carthage, Missouri.
