3. C.B. 25-46 -- An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor to execute an Agreement between the Kiwanis Club of Carthage, Missouri and the City of Carthage, Missouri to grant to the Kiwanis Club of Carthage, Missouri utilization of an area in Municipal Park known as Kiwanis Kiddieland. ​
