2. C. B. 26-28 -- An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract with Elements Construction Concepts, Inc. of Joplin, Missouri, for the Kellogg Lake Sidewalk and Pavilion in the amount of $134,143.00, in the City of Carthage, Missouri.
3. C.B. 26-24 -- An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into an amended agreement with the Boots Court Foundation/Carthage Visitors Center beginning July 1, 2026, for Tourism and Marketing Services, in the City of Carthage, Missouri.
4. C.B. 26-27 -- An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into a Lease Agreement with Jason and Pam Graff for continued use of the pavilion in Municipal Park as a skating rink for a one-year term commencing May 1, 2026.
5. <strong>CLOSED SESSION</strong>: ACCORDING TO SECTION 610.021 (2), THE AGENDA INCLUDES THE POSSIBILITY OF A VOTE TO CLOSE PART OF THE MEETING TO DISCUSS LEASING, PURCHASE OR SALE OF REAL ESTATE BY A PUBLIC GOVERNMENTAL BODY WHERE PUBLIC KNOWLEDGE OF THE TRANSACTION MIGHT ADVERSELY AFFECT THE LEGAL CONSIDERATION THEREFOR.
