10. Approve Amendment No. 6 to Lease Agreement No. 11627 with the State of Minnesota for common areas and office space for the Department of Employment and Economic Development at the Woodbury Service Center.
11. Award bid to Patriot Airboat Corp. and authorize execution of Contract No. 17171 in the amount of $249,000.00 for the design and build of two airboats.
