2. Approve Purchase Order No. 27887 in the amount of $201,433.00 with Towmaster, Inc. using State Contract Number 222949 for the build-out of a new tandem-axle plow truck.
3. Approve Purchase Order 27889 in the amount of $192,220.00 with Towmaster, Inc. for the build-out of a new single-axle plow truck for METRO Gold Line using State Contract Number 222949.
4. Approve Purchase Order 27888 in the amount of $206,062.00 with Towmaster, Inc. for the build-out of a new tandem-axle plow truck for METRO Gold Line using State Contract Number 222949.
5. Adopt a resolution to enter into Metropolitan Council Grant Agreement SG-25P1-10-01 reimbursing the Land and Water Legacy Program for 75% of the cost to purchase a portion of property located at in the southeast quadrant of Manning Trail North and 180th Street North (PID 06.031.20.11.0001) for inclusion into Big Marine Park Reserve and to enter into an agreement and restrictive covenant with the Metropolitan Council.
6. Adopt a resolution of support for the Comfort Lake-Forest Lake Watershed District's proposal to the Lessard Sams Outdoor Heritage Council (LSOHC) to implement habitat restoration and enhancement projects on the Bone Lake South property.
7. Adopt a resolution of support for the Comfort Lake-Forest Lake Watershed District’s proposal to the Lessard Sams Outdoor Heritage Council (LSOHC) to fund the acquisition of conservation easements, natural resource restoration, and natural resource enhancement in key areas such as wetlands and stream corridors.
