  2. Approve Purchase Order No. 28251 to Cintas Corporation in a not-to-exceed amount of $500,000 for uniform and mat rental services for the Public Works Department for a five-year term.
  3. Executive (closed) session pursuant to Minn. Stat. §13D.05 subd. 3(c) to review options for the purchase of property located at 5900 Lake Elmo Avenue, Lake Elmo, MN.
  4. Approve five change orders for the Central Service and License Center:1. Approve Change Order No. 2 to Contract No. 16172 with Twin Cities Acoustics, Inc. in the amount of $26,340.00 for additional ceiling planks on the Central Service and License Center.2. Approve Change Order No. 2 to Contract No. 16175 with Miller Excavating, Inc. in the amount of $450,169.59 for site work services on the Central Service and License Center.3. Approve Change Order No. 3 to Contract No. 16177 with Swanson & Youngdale, Inc. in the amount of $7,250.00 for painting services on the Central Service and License Center.4. Approve Change Order No. 5 to Contract No. 16187 with MT Contracting, Inc. in the amount of $120,957.07 for glass modifications on the Central Service and License Center.5. Approve Change Order No. 7 to Contract No. 16179 with Laketown Electric Corporation in the amount of $146,521.19 for electrical modifications on the Central Service and License Center.
  5. Adopt a resolution certifying to the county auditor special assessments for Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) project and order the county auditor to extend the assessment plus interest upon the property listed.
