2. Approve Amendment No. 1 to Contract No. 16110 with RADIAS Health to extend the term to December 31, 2028.
3. Adopt a resolution to accept the grant award for the FY 2025 Port Security Grant Program through the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), in the amount of $187,500 for the period of September 1, 2025, through August 31, 2028.
