1. Approve Agreement No. 18362 between Washington County and the City of Oakdale Police Department to embed a social worker with law enforcement for the period of July 1, 2026, through December 31, 2027.
2. Adopt a resolution approving a Joint Powers Agreement between the State of Minnesota, Department of Corrections-Facilities Division, and the Washington County Attorney's Office, for reimbursement of expenses for the period of July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027.
3. Approve Contract No. 18273 with OpenGov, Inc. for a budget management system for the four-year period June 1, 2026, to May 31, 2030, in the amount of $322,753.
4. 1. Adopt a resolution in support of Park and Recreation month, proclaiming the month of July as Park and Recreation month in Washington County parks and trails and proclaim the first non-holiday Tuesday of every month a Free Tuesday, waiving the vehicle permit required to enter Washington County parks.2. Accept an Award of Excellence from the Minnesota Recreation and Park Association.
