3. Approve Contract No. 18410 with Plante Moran in the amount of $299,300 to provide consulting services for an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) organizational assessment and solicitation process.
4. Approve Contract No. 18290 between Southern Minnesota Regional Legal Services and Washington County to install a Legal Kiosk at the Law Library.
5. Approve Purchase Order No. 28762 in the amount of $434,908.66 with Parallel Technologies, Inc. for the Courthouse Security Upgrades project.
6. Approve use of fund balance in the Public Safety Radio (PSR) fund 240 in the amount of $20,000 for the purchase of equipment.
