1. Adopt a resolution to approve a state grant agreement with the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources for Outdoor Heritage Funding for the Land and Water Legacy Program.
2. Approve License to Use Real Property Agreement No. 17847 with Metro Bowhunters Resources Base (MBRB) for deer management in designated areas within Lake Elmo Park Reserve and St. Croix Bluffs Regional Park.
3. Approve Contract No. 18534 with Brodart for print and audiovisual material.
4. Approve Contract No. 18535 with Mackin for print and audiovisual material.
5. Approve Contract No. 18565 in the amount of $176,097.50 with Valley Paving, Inc. for the CSAH 21 Culvert Replacement Project.
6. <span style="margin-left:0in;">Approve Contract No. 18549 with WSB LLC in the amount of $296,460.11 to provide consulting services to develop the 2050 Comprehensive Plan.
7. Approve Contract No. 18436 with Genus Technologies LLC in the amount of $67,146 for the period of July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2029, to support the processing of scanned property record documents.
8. Approve Amendment No. 7 to Contract No. 14379<em> </em>with NEOGOV in the amount of $248,421 to extend use of the HR/Payroll Information System from November 1, 2026, through March 31, 2028.
9. Approve Contract No. 18556 with Electronics Recycling of Minnesota in the amount of $6,000.00 <span style="margin-left:0in;">for the period of September 1, 2026, to July 31, 2029, <span style="margin-left:0in;">to utilize a qualified contractor for the pickup, recycling, and disposal of used equipment, batteries, and other potentially hazardous materials at various County locations.
10. Adopt a resolution recognizing the month of September 2026 as National Preparedness Month in Washington County.
11. Adopt a resolution proclaiming September 2026 as Library Card Sign-up Month and recognize the winners of the community library card design contest.
12. Approve Contact No. 18557 with Alliant Engineering, Inc. in the amount of $599,395.00 to provide final design services for the CSAH 96 (Dellwood Road), from TH 244 to TH 95, Improvement Project.
13. Adopt a resolution to accept a donation in the amount of $2,500 from Desiree Savage-Davis for a cedar bench and plaque to be placed at Lake Elmo Park Reserve.
14. Approval of a Fiscal Year 2027 Conservation Partners Legacy Grant Program application to the Metro Conservation Partners Legacy Grant Program for Forest and Oak Savanna Restoration in St. Croix Bluffs Regional Park.
