Todd M. Stencel requests an amendment to an approved variance to include a variance of 36.5ft to construct a proposed telecommunication hut closer than the required 75ft front yard setback of the property located at 27853 – 70th St., Waseca and in Section 30 T106N R23W in Wilton Township. The initial variance was granted on May 1, 2025. The applicant’s parcel, with PID 11.030.0410, is in the A-1 Agricultural Protection Zoning District. The requested proposal is pursuant to the requirements of Section 6.08 of the Waseca County UDC.
