7. <ul><li>City offices are closed Monday, September 7 for Labor Day </li><li>School year starts September 8 - be mindful of additional pedestrian traffic. Students riding bikes/ebikes/scooters remember to follow the laws, watch for traffic and wear your helmet. There is a Minnkota outage schedule for this week (August 31 - Sept 3) on Greenwood St E. while they replace two structures. There will be signage and coned worked areas but residents and travelers are reminded to watch for work crews and vehicles, slow down and possibly find an alternative route.
