1. <strong>Notice of Application for the Modification of an Existing Feedlot Registration No. 143-94234: </strong>Notice is hereby given per Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 116, that Dieball Dairy/Jim Dieball, has made an application to the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency and/or Sibley County for a permit to construct or expand a feedlot or manure storage area with a capacity of 500 animal units or more. Expansion of an existing liquid manure storage basin has been applied for.
2. <strong>CUP #1206:</strong> Consider the application for Conditional Use Permit #1206 for an expansion of an existing commercial feedlot in the A-General Agriculture district on the property located at 25738 State Hwy 5 Arlington, MN 55307, PID 12.2407.000.
3. <strong>CUP #1207: </strong>Consider the application for Conditional Use Permit #1207 for an amendment to the Planned Unit Development for an Organized Farm Colony in the A-General Agriculture district on the property located at 59917 236 St. Gibbon, MN 55335, PID 10.0803.000.
