Authorizing the acceptance of funds and amending the Department of Parks and Recreation Grant Fund, in the amount of $85,000, to reflect additional grant funds received from the Saint Paul Public School’s (SPPS) Community Partnership for 2022-2024 ARP grant, to support the Upside: Leadership Programming for Middle-School Youth project and additional Citywide programs and events, and authorization to enter into a grant agreement (which includes an indemnification clause).
