Correcting a scrivener’s error in RES 23-871, which supported the authority of the City to impose a local sales tax to fund special capital improvements providing regional benefit, to establish the duration of the tax and the revenue to be raised by the tax, and to authorize the City to issue bonds supported by the sales tax revenue to authorize bridges as a use of revenues as required by 2023 Laws Chapter 64, Article 10, Section 3.
