1. <strong>Labor Agreement with The International Association of Firefighters, Local 1215 (firefighters, lieutenants, and captains) for 2026-2027.
2. <strong>Consider approval of a resolution authorizing staff to accept a Hennepin County Lifeguard Services Grant in the amount of $50,000 to assist with funding the hiring and retention of lifeguard staff at the Richfield Outdoor Pool, and authorizing staff to enter into the grant agreement and execute the funds as prescribed.
3. <strong>Consider approval of a resolution authorizing staff to enter into a Source Water Protection Grant Agreement with the Minnesota Department of Health for a grant in the amount of $11,208.26 to be used in support of Richfield's Cross Connection and Backflow Prevention Program.
