3. <strong>Consideration of the appointment of an alternate commissioner to the Arts Commission.
4. <strong>Consideration of the approval of a second reading of an ordinance amending Section 617 of the Richfield City Code related to mobile food units and corresponding resolution and summary publication of said ordinance.

7. <strong>The Urban Area Security Initiative (UASI) program funds address the unique risk-driven and capabilities-based planning, organization, equipment, training and exercise needs of high-threat, high-density Urban Areas based on the capability targets identified during the THIRA process and associated assessment efforts; and assists them in building an enhanced and sustainable capacity to prevent, protect against, mitigate, respond to, and recover from acts of terrorism.
8. <strong><strong id="isPasted">Adopt the attached resolutions establishing the 2027 preliminary budget and property tax levy, setting the date for the Truth in Taxation hearing, authorizing budget revisions, authorizing revision of 2026 department budgets, and approving City fees for 2027.
