1. Consider Motion to go into Closed Session to Consider the Purchase of Property.The Open Meeting Law, Minn. Stat. Sec. 13D.05, Subdivision 3(C), allows the City Council to close a meeting for the following purpose, among others: To develop or consider offers for the purchase of real property. Staff will ask the Council to close the meeting for the purpose of considering the purchase of the property identified as Parcel ID No. 55.835.0750. During the closed session, staff will discuss the possible purchase of the identified property.
2. Consider Motion to Introduce Ordinance No. 211, Fourth Series, Amending the City of Red Wing Fee Schedule.<br>At the April 8, 2024, City Council meeting, Council approved Community Recreation's proposal to increase the Colvill Water Park Admission fees. City fees are approved by ordinance, with the introduction followed by the approval and public notice.
3. Motion to Adopt * Resolution No. 7987 Approving a Minor Subdivision/Final Plat to be Known as the KULL THIRD ADDITION.Larry and Debra Kull have submitted an application for a Minor Subdivision/Final plat to resubdivide Outlot A of KULL SECOND ADDITION. The proposed KULL THIRD ADDITION would create two new lots for light industrial development and a large Outlot for future platting and development. The Planning Commission reviewed the proposal at its April 16, 2024, meeting and is recommending approval with a single condition of approval.
