Motion to Approve Hangar Lot Lease with Patrick O'Neill, Owner of Clear Above, LLC., at Red Wing Regional Airport.<br>Scott Stricker has requested to terminate his current lot lease for the hangar located on Block 3, Lot 5, at the Red Wing Regional Airport. He sold his existing hangar to Patrick O'Neill, who has requested to enter into a new lease which consists of 3,456 square feet of property, of which 2,430 are improved.
  2. Motion to Approve Application and Permit for a One-Day Temporary On-Sale Liquor License for Red Wing Arts for an Event on June 22, 2024.<br>Emily Foos, Executive Director of Red Wing Arts, is making application for a One-Day Temporary On-Sale Liquor License on June 22, 2024, for the Plein Air Award Reception. All necessary paperwork has been provided and staff recommends approval.
  3. Motion to Adopt * Resolution No. 8000 Approving a Conditional Use Permit for a Storm Water Management Plan for the Grandview Mobile Home Community at 1003 Cottonwood Avenue.F4U, LLC, dba Grandview, has submitted an application for a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) for a Storm Water Management Plan (SWMP) that involves the reconstruction of interior driveways, parking areas, and utility replacement at Grandview Mobile Home Park. The proposal involves “Phase 2” of a related project that was approved in 2022/2023 and constructed in 2023.

Consider Motion to Adopt * Resolution No. 8004 Approving a Conditional Use Permit for Siewert's Garage, 3424 North Service Drive, for an Expansion on the Existing Use and a Storm Water Management Plan.Siewerts Real Estate, LLC, (Siewert’s Garage), 3424 North Service Drive, has submitted an application for a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) to allow the expansion of the Commercial Vehicle Repair use by reconstructing and expanding the site’s parking lot and allowing for a future 60’x100’ building addition. The property is zoned General Business (B-2), which requires a CUP for a Commercial Vehicle Repair use, including an expansion. The Red Wing Zoning Ordinance also requires a CUP for a storm water management plan due to the fact that the proposal will disturb more than one acre of land.
