1. Motion to Adopt * Ordinance No. 213, Fourth Series, Amending the Red Wing Zoning Ordinance to Allow Duplexes in the Agriculture (A) and Agricultural Residential (AR) Zoning Districts with a Certificate of Compliance. The City Council introduced Ordinance No. 213, Fourth Series, on June 24, 2024. The proposal would amend Divisions 20-010, 20-020, and 20-040 of the Red Wing Zoning Ordinance to allow the Duplex use with a Certificate of Compliance in both the AR and A Zoning Districts. Currently, the AR District allows the use with a Conditional Use Permit and the A District does not allow the use. The Planning Commission recommends approval.
