- Consider Motion to Approve Second Amendment to the Law Enforcement Center (LEC) Office Space Lease. <br>City representatives on the LEC Committee, working on the Law Enforcement Lease, have requested an amendment to provide for another year of the lease. The lease extension language has been provided.
- Presentation by Toole Design on Red Wing's Comprehensive Road Safety Action Plan Progress.Toole Design is working with Red Wing to create a strong and up-to-date road safety plan that will cover the entire community. The final plan, which the Council will see in November, will provide in-depth data, prioritized safety projects, and preliminary project designs. The work is funded through an award from the federal Safe Streets and Roads for All program. Dean Chamberlain of Toole Design will present the work done so far in partnership with the City staff team and will offer a glimpse of what the Council will see in the final plan.
- Discussion on the Prairie Island Indian Community's (PIIC) Proposal and Letter of Support Related to the Bauer Built Building.1. Consider Motion to Approve a Letter of Support for the PIIC's Proposal relating to the redevelopment of the Bauer Built Building.
