- Discussion on Purchase of Property Adjacent to Memorial Park. Staff was recently contacted by a realtor regarding the City’s interest in acquiring the parcel of land located at 1547 Bush Street for an expansion of Memorial Park. The property in question is a vacant parcel on the south face of Sorin’s Bluff that is roughly 7.6 acres in size and is currently listed for sale by Edina Realty. This parcel has access to Bush Street and consists of multiple acres of pristine native prairie and native prairie that is currently under threat from invasive species and woody growth. Staff is looking for direction from the City Council.
- Motion to Approve a Hangar Lot Lease with Carol Henry at the Red Wing Regional Airport. <br>Carol Henry has requested to enter into a new lease for the hangar located on Block 4, Lot 7, at the Red Wing Regional Airport due to the recent passing of her husband, Ramon Henry, the previous lessee holder.
- Motion to Approve a Hangar Lot Lease with Bradley Benrud at Red Wing Regional Airport.<br>Bradley Benrud has purchased the hangar located on Block 5, Lot 4, from John O'Reilly at the Red Wing Regional Airport and has requested to enter into a new hangar lot lease agreement with the City of Red Wing.
- Health Insurance Broker <em id="isPasted">intellicents</em> to Present Request For Proposal Findings.Patti Schmidt, Benefits Administrator, along with Lynn Kermes and Logan Tufte, our health insurance consultants, will present information on the recently received insurance proposals. They seek Council consensus on moving forward with insurance renewals.
