- Motion to Approve Renewal of Remaining 2025 Tobacco Licenses.
- Motion to Approve Agreement with Kavira, an Alternative Medical Provider Option, Contingent on City Attorney Review. <br>The City Council is asked to approve a contract with Kavira. The new service will provide affordable health care through a virtual service available to all employees, and replace the city's current Well@Work alternative medical service. The utilization of Kavira services will reduce the overall health care costs. This item was pulled from the agenda.
- Motion to Approve Mobile Data Agreement with Goodhue County.<br>The County is responsible for the purchase and upkeep of mobile data terminals used by all law enforcement agencies in Goodhue County. The City enters into an agreement with the County for the use and maintenance of this equipment.
- Motion to Adopt * Resolution No. 8056, Accepting a Donation of $3,300 to Cover the Cost of a Bulletproof Shield.<br>The Red Wing Police Department received a generous donation from a resident who specified that they wished the funds to be used to purchase a bulletproof shield.
- Motion to Approve Amendment to the Private Hangar Lot Lease Agreement with Scott Stricker at the Red Wing Regional Airport.<br>On December 11, 2023, Council approved a hangar lot lease with Scott Stricker for Block 9, Lots 2 and 7 at the Red Wing Regional Airport. When the lease was drafted and approved, construction had not been started. The private hangar is now substantially complete, and staff is requesting an amendment to the lease, which will now include improved square footage.
