1. Motion to Authorize the Renewal of the Athletic Field/Grandstand/Concession Rooms Lease with the Red Wing Amateur Baseball Association, Inc. (RWABA).The City has maintained a lease agreement with the RWABA since 2010. This annual lease grants RWBA the use of the Athletic Field and requires RWABA to maintain the entire facility, including the grounds and buildings. The current agreement expired on October 31, 2024, and will need to be executed by both parties.
