- Consider Motion to Adopt * Resolution No. 8073, 2025 Bituminous Mill & Overlay Project - Accept Bids & Award Contract.This project is a street surfacing replacement project.
- Motion to Approve a Professional Services Contract with Hennepin Healthcare System, Inc., a Public Subsidiary Corporation of Hennepin County, Doing Business as Hennepin Healthcare (“HHS”) for a Clinical Affiliation for Paramedic Students and Authorize the Fire Chief to Sign the Agreement.<br>This contract allows paramedic students to perform their clinical ride time with the City of Red Wing Fire Department. Staff recommends approval.
- Motion to Accept Bids and Award Contract to Schumacher Elevator Company for the Modernization of the City Hall Elevator.A 2022 audit of all the City's elevators identified deficiencies with the equipment at City Hall. The audit initially indicated that the City Hall elevator should be replaced in 2024. However, this elevator was moved back in the schedule due to issues with the West 4th Street Ramp elevator in 2022. This elevator is a necessity for the buildings ADA access for both employees and patrons to the second floor. Staff recommends approval.
