- Motion to Approve a Hangar Lot Lease with RW Transportation, LLC, at the Red Wing Regional Airport.<br id="isPasted">Sam Blue of RW Transportation, LLC has requested to enter into a new hangar lot lease agreement with the City of Red Wing for lots located on Block 8, Lots 3 & 4 at the Red Wing Regional Airport.
- Motion to Approve a Hangar Lot Lease with Doug McKinney at the Red Wing Regional Airport.<br>Doug McKinney has requested to enter into a new hangar lot lease agreement with the City of Red Wing for the lot located on Block 10, Lot 2 at the Red Wing Regional Airport.
- Motion to Approve the Construction and New Hangar Lot Lease at the Red Wing Regional Airport with David W. Francis III, Living Trust for Block 12, Lots 5 & 6.David Francis has submitted an application to construct a hangar on Block 12, Lots 5 & 6. This hangar will be used for private general aviation purposes and construction is expected to begin in late May 2025.
- Consider Motion to Adopt * Resolution No. 8082, Approving a Conditional Use Permit, Planned Unit Development General Development Plan, and Preliminary Plat Request for Hope Heights at 1407 W. 4th Street.Goodhue County Habitat for Humanity has submitted a CUP request for a PUD and Storm Water Management Plan, and a Preliminary Plat to be known as Hope Heights. The proposal will create a 26-parcel residential development on the former St. John's Hospital site.
- Motion to Authorize Development and Submission of a Project Priority List (PPL) Proposal Application to the MN Department of Health for Project Listing on the Drinking Water Revolving Fund (DWRF) Program PPL for Lead Service Line Replacements (LSLR).This Lead Service Line Replacement application is for 100% grant funding to replace qualified private water lines within the City of Red Wing, including all related engineering and construction costs. This program is intended to fund the replacement of all lead service lines which includes any service lines inside property lines that remain galvanized pipe and any service line that contains or has ever contained lead This includes lead goosenecks at the connection to the water main.
