- Motion to Accept Bids and Approve Contract with PCI Roads for Stormwater Tunnel Repair.The City's stormwater tunnel system requires ongoing rehabilitation and repair to maintain its integrity and functionality. Storm tunnels were evaluated in 2023, and numerous areas that require repairs were identified and included in the annual budget in the CIP. The immediate need for repair in 2025 is the section of the storm tunnel on 12th Street between South Park and East Avenue. Staff is requesting approval of the PCI Roads contract for this work.
- Actions Related to the 2025 Alley Improvement in Block 8 of Charles Betcher's Addition of Red Wing (Alley between 6th Street and 7th Street, from Cleveland Street to Blaine Street). City Council held a public hearing on these improvements during the June 9, 2025, City Council meeting. Council was unable to vote on Resolution Nos. 8094 & 8095 as a supermajority of the Council is required and was not in attendance during that meeting. Subsequently, both resolutions were tabled to the next Council meeting. Council is now asked to remove these items from the table and adopt Resolution Nos. 8094 & 8095.Consider Motion to Remove Items from the Table.Consider Motion to Adopt * Resolution No. 8094, Ordering Improvement and Preparation of Plans. </li><li>Consider Motion to Adopt * Resolution No. 8095, Approving Plans and Specifications and Ordering Work Done By Day Labor and Contract.
