1. <strong><u>November Meeting Date or Time Change needed </u></strong>- We always end up having to change our scheduled meeting date due to the holidays in November and December. However, moving our meeting to a week earlier in November puts us in the Council Chambers on the same night as Arts & Culture Commission. If we keep the meeting on November 19th, then we need to change the start time to 4:30 pm to make sure our meeting is done before theirs starts at 5:30 pm. Other options would be to move it to Wednesday, November 12 at 5 pm, Thursday, November 20 at 5:15 pm, or leaving it on Wednesday, November 26th at 5:15 (if we can make sure we will have a quorum).
