Motion to Approve an Amendment to the Private and Commercial Hangar Lot Lease Agreements with Red Wing Aeroplane, LLC and Vista Aircraft Maintenance Red Wing, LLC at the Red Wing Regional Airport.<br>Due to a restructuring of its corporate organization, Red Wing Aeroplane, LLC has requested an amendment to its existing lease agreements to assign all rights and obligations under the leases to Vista Aircraft Maintenance Red Wing, LLC.
2. Motion to Approve the Construction and New Hangar Lot Lease with David Nordin at the Red Wing Regional Airport for Block 9, Lot 3.David Nordin has submitted an application to construct a hangar on Block 9, Lot 3. This hangar will be used for general aviation purposes, and construction is expected to begin in October.
