- During the ACC Workshop on August 20, 2025, Red Wing Arts proposed replacing Sculptures Eau Claire with a direct lease model administered by Red Wing Arts. Heather Larenz, Assistant Director of Red Wing Arts, will be present to outline their proposal and answer any questions the Commission may have.
