- Motion to Approve an Amendment to the Community Energy Transition Grant Agreement Between the City of Red Wing and the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development.The City of Red Wing executed a grant agreement with MN DEED in October 2024 to develop an Economic Resiliency Transition Plan. Staff worked with MN DEED earlier this year to refine the scope of work and project budget for the grant-funded activities. The City Council is being asked to execute the updated grant agreement as attached.
- Motion to Approve a Hangar Lot Lease with Dan Marrs at the Red Wing Regional Airport.<br id="isPasted">Dan Marrs has purchased the hangar located on Block 4, Lot 2, from Brad Banitt at the Red Wing Regional Airport and has requested to enter into a new hangar lot lease agreement with the City.
