Motion to Approve a Private Hangar Lot Lease Agreement at the Red Wing Regional Airport for Shelley Glasspoole — Block 6, Lots 6 and 8.<br id="isPasted">The current lessee, Nancy Seifert, has requested to transfer her existing Private Hangar Lot Lease at the Red Wing Regional Airport (Block 3, Lot 1) to her daughter, Shelley Glasspoole. Approval of this new lease agreement will allow continued private use of the hangar on this lot and ensure ongoing compliance with airport lease requirements.

Motion to Adopt * Resolution No. 8129, Approving a Minor Subdivision and Final Plat to be Known as Tyler Station Replat 2.Eric Stelter has submitted an application for a Minor Subdivision and Final Plat to subdivide two existing parcels in Tyler Station Replat into four (4) new parcels in the proposed Tyler Station Replat 2. The property was developed as a unified site and consists of three existing buildings, a vacant building site, and shared access and parking. The proposal would create a new lot for each existing building and the vacant building site at the northeast corner of the site. The Planning Commission reviewed the proposal at its October 21, 2025, meeting and recommends approval.
