- Council Rules of Order and Procedures: Identifying Areas for Potential Changes in the New Year. In early 2026, the Council will adopt its Rules of Order and Procedure. Council has said they would like a future workshop to discuss this document in detail and discuss potential areas of change. In preparation, staff is asking Council members to highlight sections of that document they want to discuss so staff can start researching options ahead of time.
