- Consider Motion to Adopt * Resolution No. 8145, A Resolution Designating the Official Newspaper for 2026.Section 9.01 of the City Charter requires the City Council to designate an official newspaper annually. The Red Wing Republican Eagle has served as the City’s official newspaper and has submitted a proposal to continue providing this service in 2026 at the same rate as 2025 ($1.533 per line), in compliance with Minnesota Statutes Chapter 331A.06. Staff recommends approval.
