- Motion to Approve an Encroachment Agreement with Mindy Abello, 777 21st Street. <br>The purpose of this agreement is to allow for the construction of a fence, an earthen berm, and decorative rock within the City of Red Wing right-of-way, ensuring that these appurtenances do not interfere with the City’s ability to maintain the road and the immediate right-of-way.
- Motion to Adopt * Resolution No. 8136, Authorizing Sponsorship of the Annual Grant-in-Aid Agreement with the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources (DNR) for the Minnesota Trail Assistance Program and Authorizing the City Council Administrator and Public Works Deputy Director of Buildings and Grounds to Enter into this Agreement on Behalf of the City. The Minnesota Trail Assistance Program reimburses the City for labor and equipment associated with preparing and grooming the ski trails located in the Mississippi National Golf Links area and in Memorial Park.
