1. TIF Agreement for Fleischman's Malting Project.<br>The City Council is being asked to discuss a proposed TIF Assistance Agreement for the proposed Fleischmann Maltery redevelopment project at 110 Broad Street. Information concerning the proposed TIF Agreement and other supporting materials are included as part of the Council's regular meeting agenda for June 22, 2026 under Agenda Item 9C. City Staff and the City's financial consultants will be in attendance at the workshop and will present an overview of the agreement. Members of the Red Wing Port Authority have been invited to attend the workshop.
