Commissioner McMurtrey joined the board meeting remotely pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 13D.02, Subdivision 2. Also present were Ling Becker, County Manager, and Scott Schwahn, Assistant County Attorney, Ramsey County Attorney's Office.
