Commissioner Xiong missed Roll Call and arrived at 9:04 a.m. during the Land Acknowledgement. Commissioner McMurtrey was excused. Also present were Ling Becker, County Manager, and Jada Lewis, Civil Division Director, Ramsey County Attorney's Office.
