3. Set the Hibbing City Council General Election Canvass Meeting for Friday, November 15, 2024 at 8:00 a.m. in the Hibbing City Hall Council Chamber (Date could change depending on St. Louis County's Canvass date and time)
4. Approve the purchase of a conference table and 20 mid-back chairs to Innovative Office Solutions in the amount of $18,047.43 (50% deposit required to order)
5. Approve the Public Safety Building Commissioning Services as follows:<br> Award the Proposal to Hallberg for the Building Systems Commissioning Services in the amount of $71,500.00<br> Award the Proposal to Lerch-Bates for the Exterior Envelope Commissioning Services in the amount of $82,650.00
6. Approve the proposal for the long-term financial plan from Abdo in the amount of $23,000
