3. Approve a Zoning Amendment Request of the City of Hibbing to re-zone the parcel from R-2 to R-3.
4. Approve a Zoning Amendment Request of the City of Hibbing to re-zone the parcel from I-1 to R-3.
5. Approve a Zoning Amendment Request of Iron Range Plumbing & Heating to re-zone the parcel from R-2 to C-2a.
