4. Approve the Proposal for 2025 Greater MN Housing Infrastructure Grant Application Writing Assistance with Miriam Kero Consulting in the amount of $3,862.50.
5. Accept the proposal from Adolfson and Peterson Construction as the Construction Manager at Risk for the City Hall Window and Masonry Restoration project.
6. Approve the proposal for the Asbestos Project Design, On-site Air Monitoring and Project Management from IEA for the abatement of hazardous materials for the Public Safety Building Project with a design fee of $1,900 and abatement services $8,000-$11,000
