4. Award the bid for 10,000 tons (7,142 yards) of Class 5 in the amount of $92,857 from Paul Shain & Sons.
5. Approve the LHB Proposal for Professional Services for Cobb Cook Place Street Design in an amount not to exceed $200,000.
